Natural Ketchup Flavoring Powder

Ketchup flavoring powder consists of tomato concentrate and spices such as vinegar, caraway, salt, starch, etc. Ketchup was factory-produced for the first time by H. J. Heinz in the 19th century.

Freer Flavoring and Coloring Knowledge Company’s ketchup flavoring powder has a sour-sweet taste suited for the Iranian palate. It has natural tomato concentrate food coloring. Some manufacturers add sunset yellow synthesized coloring to enhance the color. According to Food, Medicine, and Health Agency, it is illegal. Factory lines will be closed if they use food colorings that consist of synthesized colors. However, if you want more color in ketchup flavoring, we can add natural paprika food coloring powder. It might increase the prime cost but desired color is achievable.

To address this problem, Freer Flavoring and Coloring Knowledge Company has designed different codes of this flavoring to homologize the palates of various customers. Ketchup flavoring with natural color is sensitive to light and must be in a package to avoid direct sunlight.

Ketchup flavoring powder application

You can use ketchup flavoring powder chips, popcorn, nuts (peanut, pistachio, seeds, etc.), dried fruits, tortilla, soup, and canned food.

Ketchup flavoring dosage

Ketchup flavoring powder dosage depends on personal taste and palate, however, the suggested dosage is 5 to 6 kilograms of flavoring powder for every 100 kilograms of product that is sprayed on the product by hand or machine after heating and frying. Starch is added to flavoring powders to make the powder easy to stick to the product.
